Useful things to know about our practice: what to bring to your appointment, how to order prescriptions and whom to call outside our opening hours.
Before your visit
Do not forget: your insurance card
When you are ill, things have to move quickly. To make your visit run smoothly, we have put together the essentials.
- If you have statutory health insurance, please bring your insurance card to every appointment – only then can we register and treat you promptly.
- At the start of each quarter we need a new referral from your general practitioner.
- Fill in your medical history form before the appointment and bring the printout with you – it saves time at reception.
- Please allow about 60 minutes for the first consultation.
